TERMS AND CONDITIONS- By facilitating a transfer with Wild West Traders, LLC the Buyer and the Seller agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Pursuant to Colorado Law-Wild West Traders, LLC will NOT transfer Magazines larger than 15 rounds.
2. Pursuant to Colorado Law-a gun lock must be present for EVERY firearm transferred. The gun lock can be provided by manufacturer, seller, or buyer. If any of the aforementioned parties do not provide a gun lock(s), Wild West Traders, LLC will provide the gun lock(s) for a fee.
3. Pursuant to Federal law-the Buyer must have a CURRENT form of ID. This ID must include: Photo, Address**, and date of birth. An example of the most common form of ID is a Colorado Driver's License or Colorado ID Card. CURRENT ID also means the address printed on the ID matches your current address. **WRITING THE ADDRESS ON THE BACK DOES NOT MEET FEDERAL LAW!!!!
4. Pursuant to Federal and State law-If your address is not current on your ID, you will have to provide a second form of ID that is GOVERMENT ISSUED!!! Common examples that are government issued and show valid address are: Conceal and Carry Permits, RESIDENT fishing/hunting license, CURRENT vehicle registration (with address printed on card).
5. Pursuant to Federal Law-buyers of hand guns must be Colorado residents. There are a few exceptions to this law. If you feel you are exempt please feel to contact us to verify the exemption. Please realize that in order to facilitate these exemptions significate time is often required on our part and often we enact #10 of our terms and conditions.
6. Buyers have 30 days to pick up their firearms. After 30 days handguns incur a $5 a day fee, long guns $10 a day. After 90 days, guns will be sold for storage fees.
7. Sellers must provide a legible copy of their FFL or Driver's license.
8. Buyers, please contact us if you are purchasing a firearm from online. Please give us your name, phone number, firearm model, and any possible order number. This helps prevent missing and unaccounted for firearms in the mail.
9. Wild West Traders, LLC does not transfer AK or AR Pistols.
10. In the event that your transfer requires significate oversight in order to help process the transfer, Wild West Traders, LLC reserves the right to charge for the loss of time incurred. Often these types of transfers take days to process and include multiple calls to CBI for verification. We will discuss this process with you, to see if you would like to proceed with the transfer, before we charge this fee!!! The fee will be an additional $50.
11. Wild West Traders, LLC is cash only. Please remember that when picking up your firearm.
